The rehabilitation of the Mutu ya Kevela school fits in the modernization program promoted by the Angolan Ministry of Education. The project includes the existing building, the creation of two ordinances, a building for technical issues and a car park, adapting this school to the new laws launched by the angolan government for the educational system.
