The Mercadona Logistic Complex of Póvoa de Varzim supports the various stores found in several cities surrounding its location and consists of 2 separate buildings occupying Lot 41 and 42 of Laúndos industrial park. The lot 41 was dedicated to cold storage. Here, we found necessary to develop a new construction with all the required infrastructures and consequently having to demolish the pre-existence that would not be able to respond programmatically or technically to customer needs.
