The Mercadona Logistic Complex of Póvoa de Varzim supports the various stores found in several cities surrounding its location and consists of 2 separate buildings occupying Lot 41 and 42 of Laúndos industrial park. The Lot 42, dedicated to dry storage had an existing building in good condition that was designed for the same purpose in the past for a competing chain. We rehabilitate it, infrastructure and adapt it to the new needs of the client.
